Cooper picks up new words everyday and it's hard to keep track of all the new words he is learning. He is starting to be able to tell us what he needs or wants with words. His comprehension is really good and can understand pretty much everything we say. His baby babble sounds more word like and sometimes his words sound French, Chinese, or German! : )
Words Cooper says consistently:

"I did it"-When he gets really excited

Firsts/Milestones:
Cooper got to have a guys night out with daddy and his buddies. He got to go to his first NBA Jazz game. He cheered and clapped when they made a basket and booed when the other team had the ball. Now that Cooper has seen a basketball game he loves his basketball hoop even more and laughs hysterically when we try to block him from making a basket or try to knock the ball out of his hands. He will be a lover of the sport for sure!First Time winning the Jackpot! We took Cooper to a little arcade and played Skee Ball and the game where you hit the animals on the heads. We had a few tokens left so we put them in a game where you try to push a button at the exact time a little light is between two arches. Well, Cooper hit it right on and won 200 tickets! We had been winning a few tickets at a time throughout the night and we would cash them in for mini tootsie rolls so when he saw all those tickets he was so excited! He got a ball and tons of tootsie rolls. Ha Ha lucky man. : )
Cooper is starting to realize he has control over a lot of things. For instance, every night before bed we let him choose a few books to read. He realizes he has to go to bed after the stories are so sometimes he will pile as many books on our lap as possible and other times he will choose the largest thickest books. We have seriously read the children's dictionary for our goodnight story before! ; ) He also knows the cuter and funnier he is the happier we are to let him stay up later so he will usually do as many of his cute tricks as possible before bedtime.
Coloring Easter Eggs
Going down the slide by himself
Feeding the ducks-instead of feeding himself like he did last year. ;)
Favorites:
Throwing Balls and chasing after them
Visiting Daddy at work- Cooper know exactly how to get to his office and he practically runs. He gets so excited!
Riding his bikes inside and outside
We often find Cooper in his room quietly looking at books by himself.
Wearing his yellow Sunglasses
Cooper is getting more opinionated about what he wears. He has two favorite T-shirts. One has a dog with sunglasses and the other is a monkey in a police hat and glasses. Very often in the morning when it's time to get dressed he will point to his chest and make either a dog nose or a monkey noise indicating which shirt he wants to wear that day.
Digging for worms and potato bugs in the backyard
He loves pickles! He would eat them for every meal if we let him. : )

Memorable Moments:
We had the privilege of having a returned missionary from Noway come and stay at our home for a week. Jon served in our area and came back to visit. We took him to St. George and Zion to experience a different part of Utah and if you go to Zion you have to hike Angel's Landing. Mr. Incredible (A.K.A. Mike) pushed Cooper in the stroller all the way to the top practically running, which is no easy task. Everyone we passed had a comment to make about Mike's amazingness or Cooper's cuteness. Jon was convinced he should have pushed the stroller any time a cute girl passed (there were a lot of them because it was BYU's Spring Break) on the trail because Mike got so much attention from all the girls. Ha Ha
I was changing Cooper's diaper and he kept pointing at me then kissing his hand. I figured he wanted a kiss so I leaned over and he grabbed me around the neck super tight and gave me a big open mouthed slobbery kiss right on the mouth. He is the cutest sweetest boy ever! <3 nbsp="" p="">
