Memorable Moments:
Cooper's temporary older brother Stefan arrived on Cooper's 2 month birthday. Cooper loves to play with Stefan!

The first time Cooper giggled came out of the blue. We were just talking to him like we usually do and he started laughing! We looked at each other like, "What did we do!" We wanted to make it happen again but it didn't happen again for a few more days. We are starting to pinpoint what makes him giggle now but it's still hard to get the giggles out of him. It is the most precious thing to hear!

The first time Cooper rolled over took a lot of coaxing but we didn't help him at all. He doesn't like to be on his belly very much so we had him on his belly and eventually he rolled back onto his back. He has done that twice now!

Visiting with the Taylor family twice was great as usual. It was great to meet Jim and Great Grandpa for the first time and to visit with everyone. We love you and hope to see you in December for finalization, sealing and blessing! Congratulations to Sam on his baptism! He is a great kid!

We stayed at three different cabins this month and that's always a little creepy at night getting up with Cooper. One cabin had a whole wall of windows and Brianne was dumb enough to read a scary book while feeding Cooper! Two flying Squirrels got into another cabin we stayed at and starting jumping all over the walls and scared us all to death! Cooper was in Brianne's arms the whole time through the commotion and of course, you guessed it, he slept through it all. : ) That little man can sleep through anything! Luckily, hero dad patched the hole the squirrels got in through and it didn't happen again.

Brianne is having a great time at home with Cooper. She is finding herself as a homemaker and loves to be a full time mom!

Things that Make Cooper Cry:
The Doctor still! He got 4 shots on his two month b-day and it was so sad!
When he's hungry
When he's tired at night and there is too much noise around.

Things that Make Cooper Smile and Giggle:
When we make his baby noises back at him.
When we smile at him.
When he sees us first thing in the morning.
Touching his dad's 5 o'clock shadow.
Tickling his armpits.
Talking to him.
When we pretend to eat his feet.

The only time he doesn't smile is when we want to catch his smiles on camera. We have caught a few. : )
