Memorable Moments:
We were decorating for fall and Mike was teasing Cooper with a scarecrow we have and it was to the first time we heard him all out laugh and squeal with delight.
The first time Coop slept 10 hours straight I woke up at 4:00 AM in a panic and ran in his room to check on him. I of course was being a paranoid mother because there he was peacefully dreaming away.
We were at a convocation at Weber State University and Cooper was sleeping on Mike's shoulder. We saw a bright flash. The girls across from us had taken a picture of Cooper. They apologized and said they just couldn't help it because he was so cute. He's not just cute to us I'm afraid!
As mentioned above, Cooper loves to call for your attention if he doesn't feel he is getting enough. We have some big pictures of Cooper on the wall in his nursery and as I was changing his diaper one day he looked straight at one of his pictures and said, "AY"! He wanted the baby's attention in the picture! That made us laugh.
Brianne's 28th birthday was on the 3rd and she was so happy this year because her birthday wish finally came true this year! To have Cooper in our home is the biggest blessing we could ever have and we love him with all our hearts! He is everything to us and he makes us so happy!
Things that Make Cooper Cry:
The Doctor
When he's hungry
When he's not in bed by bedtime
If we stop his feeding before he is full
When he is on his belly and he can't roll over
When he needs a change of scenery
Things that Make Cooper Smile and Laugh:
When we make his baby noises back at him
Looking at himself in the mirror
When mom tickles his face with her hair
Dancing together
Jumping in the air
Doing See Saw
Being upside-down and getting tickled
Getting startled or surprised
When we smile at him
Seeing us first thing in the morning
Touching his dad's 5 o'clock shadow
